Jason Bennett Serves As Appellate Law Speaker

Jason W. Bennett, an attorney with local law firm of Bennett Boehning & Clary LLP, recently served on the faculty for an advanced appellate law seminar in Indianapolis. The class, “Welcome to the 21st Century: An Appellate Perspective,” was part of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation Master’s Series. Bennett’s panel addressed current standards for authenticating evidence and appellate review, as they apply to easily-altered evidence such as digital photos and other electronic evidence.
