Bennett Boehning & Clary is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle B. Mandeville and Stuart R. Gutwein as partners to the law firm.

Kyle B. Mandeville joined the firm as an associate in 2003. He graduated with honors from Purdue University in 1999, and attended Indiana University School of Law, graduating in 2003. Mr. Mandeville practices in Business, Immigration, Estate Planning, Real Estate and Asset Protection law.

Stuart R. Gutwein joined the firm as an associate in 2005 after working in the business section of Sommer Barnard PC. He graduated from Purdue University in 2000, and attended Indiana University School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2003. Mr. Gutwein concentrates his practice on Business transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital, Real Estate Development, Transfer and Finance, Estate Planning and General Corporate Counseling.
