Stuart R. Gutwein attends private equity securities law conference

Local business attorney Stuart Gutwein recently attended a securities-law course in Scottsdale, Arizona. The seminar focused on assisting start-ups and established businesses seek new investors, in compliance with federal securities law.

The three-day conference was co-sponsored by the American Law Institute and the American Bar Association.

Gutwein advises private companies of all sizes, from start-ups seeking seed capital, to mature companies selling their businesses. He is a partner at Bennett Boehning and Clary LLP in Lafayette.
