Just in Tippecanoe County, Brent has tried not only numerous personal injury jury-trial cases, but also non-jury trials on issues ranging from family law to business and contract law.  He also has represented many land owners in jury trial condemnation actions which are  cases in which governmental agencies have taken land for a public use.  In these cases Brent helps the land owners receive fair compensation for the land taken. Brent’s jury trial practice has taken him to courtrooms in more than twenty of Indiana’s other counties. When client needs have so required, Clary has conducted court proceedings, as special out-of-state counsel, in other states. Personal injury litigation, one of Brent’s main interests, has been central to his practice since his earliest days.
