Biographical Information

  • Practiced at Bennett Boehing & Clary since his graduation from law school and admission to the Indiana Bar in 1974
  • During the lunch hour of the second day one of Brent’s most colorful cases, Brent’s wife gave birth and to their son.  Brent, as soon as noon recess began, rushed to the hospital, witnessed the baby’s birth, kissed his wife and made it back to court in time for witness testimony which resumed at 1:15 p.m. 
  • In addition to the practice of law, Brent has given his efforts to a number of civic activities and served as a director of such organizations as the YMCA, the Indiana Forestry and Woodland Owners Association and other organizations.
