The lawyers at BB&C not only serve on the boards or other capacities of many not-for-profit entities (Community Involvement & Pro Bono), but we also serve as legal counsel to many non-profit organizations in the organization, formation and operation of these institutions.

There are three types of nonprofit entities:  (1) religious, which are organized primarily or exclusively for religious purposes; (2) public benefit, which are organized for a public or charitable purpose; and (3) mutual benefit, which are organized to include all other types, such as a homeowners association.
