Stuart focuses his practice on advising businesses and their owners from purchase or formation through operational issues and sale. He also advises these business owners in succession planning and estate planning and administration. Prior to joining BB&C, Stuart was an Associate in the Business Section at Sommer Barnard PC n/k/a Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Stuart actively follows several industry trade associations and trade publications to stay aware of the practical issues facing his clients.
