In 2006, Twin Lakes Investments, LLC led Kevin Sims, Rick Long, Ryan Long, Dean Zentz, and Mary Rowe developed Bridgeview Condominiums and Subdivision along the shore of Lake Freeman.  The development is comprised of a 35 lot subdivision, a clubhouse and pool and 42 condominiums.

Twin Lakes Investments has involved BB&C intimately in the development Bridgeview.  Twin Lakes Investment, LLC has hired BB&C as counsel to:

  • Purchase the real estate for Bridgeview Condominiums and Subdivision
  • Structure and form the Home Owners Associations to care for (1) the common area shared by the Condominium Association and the Subdivision Association; (2) the common area shared by the owners of the Subdivision lots; and (3) the common areas and limited common areas shared by the Condominium Owners
  • Draft and amend the Declaration of Condominiums and Covenants of the Subdivision
  • Negotiate the extension of the sewer system from the City of Monticello to Bridgeview including negotiations with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT)
